Return Policy

To provide our customers with the best shopping experience, we have a Product Return & Exchanges Service. If you receive a product with which you are not satisfied or has any quality issue, we promise a full refund or exchange in the first 30 days from the delivery date. All that we ask is for you to return the item in it’s original packaging along with your invoice or receipt.

Please note, only items purchased on will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return.


Submit a return request. Please allow our OneLash Connoisseurs up to 48 hours to approve this request. You will receive return information via email once this step has been completed.


A $2.99 processing fee applies to all USA returns. A $6.99 processing fee applies for all international returns. All exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The return shipping cost will not be covered by OneLash, please save your return tracking number.


Please allow 7-15 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund charge to reflect back onto your bank statement.  Please note, all refunds are applied to the original method of payment.



  • Returns must be shipped out within 30 days of your package being delivered.
  • The items must be mailed back in its original packaging along with invoice or receipt.
  • Exchanges will be processed for items of equal or lesser value.
  • FINAL SALE: Any product marked as ‘final sale’ is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Any refunds for items purchased within gift sets are not accepted separately. All gifts or collection sets must be returned as a whole in order to receive a refund.
  • If your order is returned after 30 days, you will only be eligible for store credit.
  • Packages returned back to due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.

Defective Products:

If an item may be considered defective, please email indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from receipt. After 30 days, customers are only eligible for store credit. If the product is deemed defective by, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

Mistake or Damaged Order:

Please email within 7 days from delivery with any discrepancy orders, such as mistakes or damaged products. All issues must be fully resolved within 14 days from delivery date for security purposes.
